certified cheque, money order, visa and
mastercard. We also offer financing through
Credit Medical and Medicard. A written estimate
of your surgery costs will be given to you after your
initial consultation.
Your estimate will cover the total costs of your
surgery. Your estimate will not include prescription
medications that may be prescribed for you after
